Hi, I'm Dr. Missy — and my role is to help you feel more grounded, understood, and connected to yourself.
In therapy with me, you won't be expected to have everything figured out. This is a space where you get to slow down, breathe, and be honest about what's weighing on you — without judgment, pressure, or the need to perform.
Everywhere else in your life, someone has expectations for you — parents, teachers, coaches, friends, even the version of you that lives in your own head. But here, my only expectation is that you show up as yourself. No masking. No acting "fine." No fear of being shamed or lectured.

I use a gentle combination of mindfulness, emotional literacy work, and my IRULE framework, which helps you make sense of big feelings in a compassionate, grounded way. You'll learn to understand where your emotions come from, what they're trying to tell you, and how to cope in ways that feel supportive instead of overwhelming.
You don't have to do this alone. When you're ready, I'm here to walk with you as you reconnect with your light, your strength, and the parts of yourself you've learned to hide.
